Items that have been opened and returned back to us are not repacked but disposed of in order to comply with our company's hygienic standards. Due to this, items with a broken seal are only subject to replacement or exchange.

Items in unopened (sealed) packaging may be fit for resale and can be returned to us for either an exchange or a refund.

Refunds will only be credited to the payment card or payment account used for the purchase before 40 days from the date the order was placed.

Customers must ensure to practice necessary care when returning goods by post, with proper proof of posting, as the store cannot be liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
